Three ways to work with us
Contractor
You'll embed into client projects alongside Callum, Orsi, or others in our network. Engagements typically run weeks to months. You'll have real ownership over your work and direct access to the people who matter — no layers of management between you and a decision.
Freelancer
We maintain a trusted network of specialists we call on for specific work — a data engineer here, a designer there. If your skills run deep in a particular area and you want interesting project work without long-term commitment, we want to hear from you.
Permanent
We grow the core team slowly and deliberately. There are no open permanent positions right now, but we're always interested in the right people. If you think there could be a long-term fit, say hello anyway.
